In my mid 40’s I started to get injuries, knees, back, shoulder, you name it, I was really packing up! Should I have to give up tennis, walking etc.?

It's a great environment workout in and the trainers are very adept at knowing when to push you whilst also managing the program around how your
body is doing.
It's such a friendly, unpretentious environment - working out is enjoyable and uncomplicated! Best gym I have ever been a member of!
