The 40 Minute Total Body Workout is designed for functional
strength & cardiovascular conditioning for ‘predominately’ sedentary
people aged between 35 & 65. It changes every month so our members never
get bored, nor do their bodies.
We provide monthly program training for all our Workout Coaches so there
are no guessing games (except for the odd ‘Who Am I’). We recommend between 1 & 3 workouts per week and a minimum
of 30 minutes of moderate activity every other day.
Our bottom line: exercise
is a daily need just like cuddles.
