Most of our members do 2-3 workouts a week but some do more. Some of our members also do 1 workout a week but this is generally recommended if you are undertaking other regular exercise.
Once you’ve decided on your workout schedule, use the table below to choose your workout card. Our flexible, easy-to-manage workout cards are great value – and you’re welcome to share a card with someone which will bring the cost per workout down. So phone a friend – you’ll be saving a few dollars and gaining good health – together!

In addition to our supervised workouts, your card also gives you FREE access to our cardio room any time during opening hours so you can just pop in, for as long or as short a time as you wish.
