Andrew and Royden are committed to helping their members become as fit and healthy as they can – without taking life too seriously!
Andrew is a fitness professional with 13 years’ experience in the industry. Since completing a Bachelor of Applied Science in Human Movement he has worked as a personal trainer, football club fitness & rehabilitation coach and health club manager.
Andrew is a highly experienced personal trainer who believes that an exercise program should be achievable and sustainable. He feels that it is is important to have a healthy balance in life and that exercise can be enjoyable. His friendly and relaxed personality helps to make sessions at Urban Workout comfortable, motivating and enjoyable.
Royden is a fitness professional with a strong background in marathon running and 10 years’ experience in the fitness industry as a personal trainer, gym & studio manager and health club owner.
Royden has extensive knowledge in exercise rehabilitation and injury prevention and applied this knowledge working at the Royal Melbourne Hospital Gym for a number of years. After working in the industry for a decade he is passionate about providing high quality customer service that helps people improve their health, fitness and general wellbeing.
